We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join the Commodities & Global Markets Business Compliance team in the Americas. Our Commodities & Global Markets team is involved in a diverse range of sales and trading activities, including financial and physical commodities, futures, foreign exchange, interest rates, and equities. The Commodities & Global Markets Futures business operates primarily out of New York, with a branch office in Chicago, and we are looking for an experienced compliance professional to manage regulatory risks in this dynamic environment.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in compliance to provide day-to-day support to the futures execution and clearing staff in Chicago and New York. You will utilize your knowledge of regulatory topics to develop training programs and advise on compliance implications arising from business and regulatory changes. Your skills in compliance monitoring will be essential as you perform regular reviews and assessments, implement policies, identify and report regulatory risks, and support various regional and global compliance projects, all within the Commodities & Global Markets Business Compliance team in the Americas.

Salary range for this position: $173,000 - $205,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What You Offer

  • Basic knowledge of Futures and Options
  • 3+ years of experience as a compliance professional at an exchange, regulator, or FCM
  • Awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements related to the futures markets and/or FCM
  • A pragmatic partnership approach to compliance, with an interest in working closely with the business to identify solutions while achieving the appropriate and desired risk outcome
  • Ability to work independently with a well-development risk mindset.
