The Tiger Analytics team is looking for a BI Senior Manager to deliver innovation and tools to global business teams. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with technical teams and interact with internal clients.

Job Duties:

1. Engage with business stakeholders in gathering and formulating requirements and developing relevant solutions for enterprise BI and Dashboard initiatives.
2. Analyze business requirements; construct the conceptual model and data flow processes.
3. Communicate data architecture to development teams.
4. Consult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are met – wireframing, prototyping, etc.
5. Utilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboards.
6. Partner with team members and cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutions.
7. Manage and resolve client issue escalations and systemic improvements.
8. Work with offshore teams to develop and deliver BI dashboards/reports and implement scalable solutions for business stakeholders.
9. Lead validation efforts to ensure data quality.
10. Identify and execute risk mitigation and compliance exercises.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. 10-12 years of experience in a BI Manager or related role delivering BI/Reporting projects in enterprise or consulting environments.
3. Experience with Quicksight and AWS environment is essential.
4. Knowledge of other Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is highly desirable.
5. Experience with Data Warehouse ETL processes.
6. Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, Hive is advantageous.
7. Knowledge of data and analytics tools and concepts, including dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, structured and unstructured data.
8. Experience or familiarity with the Retail and eCommerce industry is a plus.
9. Excellent communication skills.
