Job summary

Rula is hiring a Sr. Manager, Healthcare Provider Sales to lead the field team. You will develop Account Executives who work with medical practices across the Western United States, converting provider interest into referral partnerships that drive patient access to care.

This role requires hands-on coaching, ensuring each signed practice becomes active, and elevating the standard of care. Expect roughly 50% travel and close collaboration with primary care and behavioral health teams to change

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field sales to outpatient medical practices.
• 3+ years of direct people management with at least 3 direct reports.
• Proven ability to drive provider behavior change.
• Must be based in MST or PST with travel ~50%+ within territory

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach field team to convert provider interest into partnerships.
• Ensure signed practices become active accounts.
• Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health teams to bridge care gaps.
