SiriusXM Radio, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Automotive Field Operations to lead regional field execution, OEM initiatives, dealer engagement, and cross-functional alignment. This role supervises sales and account teams and drives performance across franchise and independent networks.

You will partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and OEM stakeholders; recruit and develop field leadership; and shape forecasts and budgeting while supporting product launches and scalability.

How you'll make an impact:

The Sr. Manager, Automotive Field Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight for regional automotive field execution, OEM initiatives, dealer engagement, and cross-functional alignment. This role is responsible for leading a sales and/or account management organization, driving performance across franchise and independent dealer networks, and ensuring alignment with enterprise growth objectives.

What you'll do:

• Lead and develop Sales and Account Managers, ensuring consistent execution standards and accountability across the designated the region.

• Drive performance across key metrics including enrollments, activations, retention, net adds, POV participation, and extended order coverage. Programs could continue to expand and fall under the Sr. Manager purview.

• Oversee execution of OEM initiatives including multi-brand three-year subscription programs

• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and OEM stakeholders to align field execution with corporate strategy and OKRs.

• Lead strategic dealer group engagement, including enterprise-level relationships, contract support, reintegration efforts, and program expansion initiatives.

• Contribute to departmental forecasting, budgeting alignment, performance analytics, and executive-level reporting.

• Drive organizational scalability through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of field leadership.

• Develop and implement national training frameworks and scalable field resources to support product launches and operational continuity.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and technology adoption to improve field effectiveness.

• Support development and maintenance of comprehensive dealer group databases to enhance strategic visibility and planning.

• Represent SiriusXM at national industry events and OEM forums as required.

What you'll need:

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in automotive field operations, OEM programs, training, or related disciplines.

• 3+ years of Management experience, managing multiple vendor consultants or regions within a national field organization.

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting alignment, and performance analytics.

• Proven experience managing sales organizations

• Proficiency with reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, CRM platforms).

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead through organizational change and ambiguity.

• Strong analytical mindset with focus on scalable process development and operational efficiency.

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with executive-level judgment and decision-making capability.

• Up to 50% travel

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $76,300 to $88,900 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
