Senior Manager / Associate Director of Biostatistics and Clinical Data Management

Job Title: Senior Manager / Associate Director of Biostatistics and Clinical Data Management

Position: Full-Time, Remote U.S.A

Reports to: VP of Clinical and Medical Affairs

Time Zone: Eastern Time (ET) Preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager of Biostatistics and Clinical Data Management to support our mission of early pancreatic cancer detection. This full-time, remote role offers strong growth potential and the chance to make a real impact. You’ll lead key initiatives across Biostatistics and Clinical Data Management, reporting to the VP of Clinical and Medical Affairs and collaborating closely with the Immunovia team.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Knowledge of clinical data management, practices, and standards
  2. Significant experience analyzing and interpreting clinical data using regression approaches
  3. Experience in diagnostics development or programs preferred
  4. Have previously led clinical data projects or served in a data management/biostatistics leadership role
  5. Ability to think strategically and serve as an organizational subject matter expert
  6. Experience with ISO 13485 and handling private patient data is a strong plus
  7. Fast learner, passionate about continually adapting your skills and knowledge, agile and IT savvy
  8. Demonstrated interest and ability to work with others across disciplines
  9. Self-motivated, enjoys working as part of a team and independently
  10. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines
  11. Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize simultaneous tasks

Education:

  1. Master’s degree in Biostatistics with 3+ years of relevant experience in academia or industry
  2. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of hands-on experience in biostatistics or a related field will also be considered

Must-Haves:

  • Strong knowledge of clinical data management standards and practices, with experience leading projects in data management or biostatistics
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret clinical data using regression methods, and to think strategically as a subject matter expert
  • Effective problem solver with excellent time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and tech-savvy; thrives both independently and in collaborative, cross-functional environments

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in diagnostics development or related programs
  • Experience with ISO 13485 and handling private patient data
  • Agile mindset and comfort navigating evolving, fast-paced environments
