Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Operations to provide strategic leadership over site start-up and ongoing site management for late-phase, post-marketing, and real-world studies in biopharma.

You will oversee IRB submissions, budgets, safety communications, and study progress, develop operational metrics, implement best practices, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a collaborative, visa-free US-based team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in clinical site start-up and operations.
• Experience with Phase 4, post-marketing, or real-world studies preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision skills.
