This is your chance to be part of the Hilton CALA Architecture, Design & Construction team that delivers exceptional properties. As a Senior Manager of Architecture reporting to the Director of Architecture, you will oversee the architecture process across Hilton's brand portfolio in the Caribbean and Latin America.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role involves the following key responsibilities:

• Oversee the pre-signing phase for new construction, reuse of assets, and new opportunities within Hilton's Brand Portfolio, collaborating with Regional Development leadership.
• Guide architectural development in collaboration with Project Management & Design Leads, ensuring compliance with Hilton standards through project reviews and site visits.
• Review site plans and architectural drawings throughout project lifecycle.
• Create customized area programs for Hilton brands to guide project teams.
• Prepare reports as required.

COLLABORATION

You will partner with Development, Ownership, AD&C Leadership, and Corporate Stakeholders to ensure project alignment with brand standards, safety requirements, and strategic objectives.

PROJECT OWNERSHIP

You will manage the architectural project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with guidelines and local codes, and lead strategic planning for the Architecture team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualifications include:

• 8 years of architectural experience
• 5 years in hospitality architecture
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revue
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Willingness to travel 40% or more

Preferred qualifications include experience in luxury hospitality design, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and proficiency in Portuguese.
