Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science (Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or equivalent).
• Experience distilling informal customer requirements into problem definitions and handling ambiguity.
• Experience hiring and leading experienced scientists and developing junior members.

Responsibilities

• Lead science and engineering needs across ad systems and models for off-site shopping experiences.
• Surface qualitative and quantitative insights to shape product direction.
• Scale ad product adoption across advertisers, agencies, and tool providers.
