Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• 8+ years in software engineering, application development, platform engineering, or related tech field.
• 5+ years managing software engineering, application development, or technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop engineering teams with performance, staffing, and resources management.
• Create roadmaps for application modernization, cloud adoption, automation, AI, and Power Platform.
• Establish architecture, engineering, security, testing, quality, and governance standards.
