In Compliance, we help our business partners achieve their strategic priorities by promoting principles and practices that build client trust and safeguard the integrity of the firm. We are currently offering an opportunity for a dynamic and engaging data analytics professional to join our Compliance Analytics team as a Senior Analytics Developer Manager.

The Compliance Analytics team partners with Compliance stakeholders to design, build, and implement data-driven solutions that help achieve strategic priorities in identifying potential regulatory and business risks to protect our customers and the firm. The team utilizes data, analytics, and data intelligence tools to enhance process efficiency and oversight coverage within Compliance. The Senior Analytics Developer Manager will report to the Senior Manager (PL), Head of Compliance Analytics, and focus on influencing the design, development, and implementation of analytics, processes, and delivery to support accurate, complete, and timely compliance reporting and monitoring. This position will work with various Compliance stakeholders and enterprise-wide partners to implement innovative data solutions that deliver business value.

Success in this role involves automating business processes and creating data-driven products for Compliance partners and senior leadership through data extraction, analysis, and visualization. Your work will identify automation opportunities, develop new or improved data solutions, and align with strategic goals, producing impactful data-driven products. You will demonstrate curiosity and a desire to understand business data and processes, uncover trends, address challenges, mitigate risks, and find sustainable solutions. Your experience with automation, analytics, and statistical techniques—including hypothesis development, testing, and modeling—will contribute to company growth, revenue increase, and achievement of key business outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis to discover insights that guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities;
  • Building, developing, and maintaining data models, reporting and automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key decisions;
  • Designing technical processes to address business issues;
  • Delivering reports and insights analyzing business functions and operational metrics;
  • Communicating results and business impacts to stakeholders;
  • Documenting technical and business requirements, testing scenarios, data lineage, and other knowledge materials;
  • Managing partner relationships to identify automation needs and provide support;
  • Analyzing processes for automation improvement opportunities;
  • Refining proposals to optimize and automate business processes;
  • Leading the development and maintenance of RPA and Power App solutions, including documentation;
  • Building, developing, and supporting data query, analytics, and visualization products;
  • Providing technical support on automation issues and queries;
  • Supporting existing automation processes and managing change requests;
  • Mentoring junior team members on automation and process efficiency products;
  • Supporting the team’s overall goals and achievements.

What you have

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in statistical analytics techniques and programming skills, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of financial services. The qualifications include:

  • A Master’s degree in a quantitative field with at least 6 years of analytics experience, or
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with at least 9 years of analytics experience, demonstrating the ability to synthesize information and deliver strategic recommendations using predictive analytics.

Additional preferred skills include proficiency with Robotic Process Automation tools (UiPath, PowerAutomate), Tableau, Power Apps, Microsoft Office, SQL, SAS, Python/R, and experience with Alteryx and Big Data platforms. The candidate should be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects, with strong problem-solving skills, and experience mentoring junior staff members.
