Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  4. Design and deliver reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics;
  5. Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to internal stakeholders;
  6. Document technical/business requirements, testing scenarios, user acceptance, data lineage, and other knowledge-retention materials;
  7. Manage partner relationships to help proactively identify automation opportunities and needs, and provide ongoing support and communication;
  8. Analyze processes to identify automation improvement opportunities;
  9. Review and refine proposals to optimize, improve, and automate business processes to deliver the desired outcome;
  10. Lead the development of Robotics Process Automation (“RPA”) and other Power App proposals, and maintain technical documentation;
  11. Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA, Power Apps, and Excel automation, documenting workflows and requirements;
  12. Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics support that support key business decisions;
  13. Provide routine technical support on complex automation events in a timely manner;
  14. Provide regulatory and ad-hoc query support in a consistent and timely manner;
  15. Support existing automation/processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process;
  16. Mentor junior team members on automation, RPA, and other process efficiency products;
  17. Build data query, analytics, and visualization products for Compliance stakeholders to manage demand;
  18. Support Senior Manager (PL) and Director with the team’s overall achievements.
