Job Summary

Senior Manager is responsible for participating in long‑range strategic planning and short‑range implementation to ensure outpatient psychiatry care clinics are managed consistently, embracing patient‑centered service, service excellence standards, and efficient operational processes. The role provides operational oversight, collaborates with relevant departments, and is a thought leader in ambulatory quality and safety, coordination of care across the continuum, use of technological tools and solutions, metrics reporting, customer service, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more functional areas of a department.
• Oversee two or more professional and support staff, including subordinate supervisors.
• Exercise authority for hiring, firing, or promoting staff.
• Evaluate and improve department processes while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
• Manage initiatives, strategic priorities, and programs impacting the organization.
• Support the budget process and meet key operational goals.
• Plan, organize, facilitate, monitor, and evaluate activities and functions of the department/functional business area aligned with employee/organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leaders to establish operating procedures, enhance clinical/non‑clinical workflows, increase productivity, and improve overall quality outcomes and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field required; Master's degree may be required depending on position/magnet requirements.
• Minimum 3+ years of prior healthcare leadership experience.
