You will own the UI engineering strategy, execution, and people leadership for critical customer‑facing experiences used by data practitioners, developers, and platform operators. This hands‑on leader drives architecture, velocity, and quality in a fast‑paced AI environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• Proven experience leading UI or full‑stack teams building large‑scale, enterprise products.
• Deep expertise in modern frontend development with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of system design and integration with distributed backend services.
• Experience delivering products in fast‑paced, platform‑oriented environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale UI engineering teams delivering enterprise‑grade, customer‑facing applications.
• Define and evolve the frontend architecture strategy for large‑scale, multi‑tenant, persona‑based experiences using React.
• Partner with backend and platform teams to ensure seamless integration with APIs, services, and AI infrastructure.
• Lead delivery of AI‑powered and agent‑assisted user experiences, translating AI capabilities into intuitive workflows.
• Mentor engineers and grow engineering managers and senior engineers; align roadmaps with Product and Design.
