Job summary

PwC is seeking a Product Architect Senior Manager to lead hands-on full stack development of AI-powered pharmaceutical industry products. You will partner with Product Managers, drive AI-first engineering, and guide offshore teams spanning data science, full stack, QA and DevOps.

The role emphasizes secure, test-driven delivery and strong client-facing leadership. The role requires shaping data analytics, leveraging Adobe and SQL tools, and translating insights into actionable client outcomes

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Act as the onshore technical owner for the product portfolio, partnering with the Product Manager on roadmap, scope, feasibility, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Set and champion an AI-first engineering operating model with agentic development, AI-assisted testing, and automated evaluation as defaults.
• Establish a testing and quality strategy for AI products including test-driven development and regression coverage.
• Manage LLMOps practices in production, including monitoring and cost management, and model version upgrades.
• Lead offshore teams across data science, full stack, QA and DevOps, bridging time zones and ensuring smooth handoffs.
• Represent engineering in client conversations and translate technical capability into business value.
