PwC is seeking a Product Architect Senior Manager to lead onshore engineering for AI-powered pharma products. You will partner with Product Management to shape roadmaps, drive AI-first development, and establish robust testing, ground-truth gates, and secure-by-design practices.

You will direct an offshore team spanning data science, full stack, QA, and DevOps, translating analytics into client outcomes using Adobe, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau in a scalable enterprise environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in data/analytics, AI, or related fields.

Aufgaben

• Act as onshore technical owner for the product portfolio and partner with Product Manager on roadmap and delivery tradeoffs.
• Set and champion an AI-first engineering operating model with agentic development, AI-assisted testing, and automated evaluation.
• Establish a testing and quality strategy for AI products including ground-truth gates and regression coverage.
• Lead LLMOps in production: monitor performance, manage costs, plan safe upgrades.
• Design AI output for auditability with traceability and human review.
• Lead offshore team across data science, full stack, QA, and DevOps, ensuring clear handoffs.
• Architect reusable platform vs client-specific configuration as products scale.
• Deliver analytics with Adobe, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau; translate business questions into KPI frameworks.
