Job summary

Dealer Tire, a family-owned, international tire distributor established in 1918, seeks a Senior Manager of Decision Science to lead its supply chain analytics capability. You will own analytics product direction, manage a team of decision scientists, product owners, and BI developers, and drive adoption of analytics assets from dashboards to decision tools.

You will define KPIs, govern the analytics roadmap, and coordinate efforts across data engineering, data science, and IT to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of analytics, BI, or data leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading analytics teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience applying analytics product management practices.
• Ability to translate analytics into practical business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead product owner for advanced analytics supporting supply chain operations.
• Define analytics roadmap with KPIs and priorities.
• Oversee analytics product lifecycle including backlog, requirements, and adoption.
• Introduce AI and analytics capabilities for speed and quality improvements.
• Coordinate cross-capability delivery across data engineering, data science, and IT.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
