Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics Product Management to lead the supply chain analytics capability, spanning product ownership, business intelligence, and decision intelligence. The role directs a team of decision scientists, product owners, and BI developers, acting as a player-coach to elevate capability and deliver value from dashboards, reports, and decision tools.

You will define roadmaps with KPIs, oversee the analytics lifecycle, push AI-enabled speed and quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics, BI, or data leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading analytics teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience applying analytics product management practices (intake, prioritization, backlog, adoption).
• Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders, define KPIs, translate analytics into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics product ownership for supply chain analytics.
• Define analytics roadmap by partnering with stakeholders to set priorities and KPIs.
• Oversee analytics product lifecycle including intake, backlog prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Explore new analytics capabilities and AI-assisted improvements in speed and quality.
• Coordinate across data engineering, data science, automation, IT, and other teams to deliver projects.
• Diversify into decision tools, guided workflows, scenario analysis, and reusable analytics products.
• Maintain and improve the supply chain financial reporting process.
• Lead and develop the team through coaching on best practices, problem framing, and business interpretation.
• Act as a change leader, promoting an AI-first mindset.
