Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Manager to lead Planning transformation within Supply Chain & Engineering for Life Sciences. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and operations leaders, guiding AI transformation programs from design through handover, with a focus on data-driven reinvention and AI-first operations.

Role requires extensive AI/data experience, leadership of large teams, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across life sciences clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of AI & Data experience, including solutioning, design or delivery.
• Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations or managing senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience working within the Life Sciences Industry.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
• Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantages.
• Lead client advisory to C-suite and operations leaders, guiding AI transformation projects from conception through handover.
• Oversee planning transformation by integrating engineering, supply chain, digital manufacturing, automation, and sustainability into a single vision.
• Collaborate with Accenture’s AI ecosystem and partnerships to deliver cutting-edge client solutions.
