Job summary
Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Planning transformation in our Supply Chain & Engineering practice for Life Sciences. You will advise C-suite and operations leaders, guiding AI-enabled planning from conceptual design through handover.
The role requires 8+ years in AI/data and consulting, with Life Sciences experience, and travel up to 75%. You’ll drive cross-functional transformation and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of AI & Data experience, including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects.
- Minimum 8 years of high-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight.
- Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations or managing senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience working within the Life Sciences Industry.
Responsibilities
- Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
- Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy for growth and competitive advantages.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and operations leaders guiding AI transformation projects.
- Build executive relationships across priority accounts to drive growth and value realization.
- Oversee planning transformation programs integrating engineering, supply chain, digital manufacturing, and sustainability.
