Job summary

Amazon GO-AI is seeking a Senior Manager, Annotation Ops Integration to lead central GO-AI operations capabilities, including quality, labor planning, and people development. You will own capacity plans, drive efficiency, and shape scalable service offerings across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent.
• Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for GO-AI's central operations capabilities.
• Deliver annual operational efficiency targets through kaizen and automation.
• Translate demand into reliable capacity plans balancing cost, quality, and speed.
• Convert program patterns into standardized, scalable service offerings.
• Own the associate lifecycle from onboarding through upskilling.
• Lead tool strategy for workforce planning and capacity management.
• Represent operations in cross-functional forums with engineering, science, and product leadership.
• Lead and develop a geographically distributed team across multiple regions.
