Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead agentic commerce transformation programs for industrial clients, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable business outcomes. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, commercial strategy, or technology strategy in Industrials
Experience leading digital transformation and sales/marketing initiatives
Understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and industrial channels
Experience with AI-driven customer experiences and conversational interfaces
Experience collaborating with engineering, product, data, or platform leadership on AI-readiness roadmaps
Ability to lead complex programs with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Experience translating strategic roadmaps into delivery plans and measurable outcomes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

Responsibilities

Lead major workstreams mapping industrial buyers’ agent-influenced journeys across discovery to renewal
Identify friction points in agent mediation and redesign journeys and operating models
Translate AI-driven commerce trends into use cases, priorities, and roadmaps
Advise senior client leaders on competing across direct, dealer, distributor, marketplace and procurement ecosystems
Lead Digital Experience & Discoverability initiatives to improve product/service visibility and engagement
Define strategies to improve discoverability across search, chat interfaces, procurement platforms
Guide teams to structure experiences for humans and machines
Oversee optimization of product pages, service journeys, and digital experiences
Define commercial/technical strategy for real-time pricing, availability, and contracts
Partner with engineering and data teams to expose APIs across catalog, pricing, and service workflows
Develop scalable frameworks for AI-assisted quoting, purchasing, renewal, and service transactions
Establish data governance and quality across product, pricing, contracts, and dealer information
Identify gaps affecting citation/recommendation/comparison outcomes
Define governance standards for updates across units and partners
Collaborate with legal/security to ensure privacy/compliance in APIs and data feeds
Lead efforts to structure data for analytics, personalization, and AI use cases
Translate business priorities into data/AI-readiness requirements for roadmaps
Lead client engagement and program delivery across strategy, technology, experience, data, and analytics
Coach teams and contribute to high-performing, inclusive environments
