Avanade is seeking a Microsoft-specialized Agentic AI Senior Manager in AMBG to lead origination and pre-sales solutioning for high-impact opportunities, steer C-suite conversations, and provide technical leadership across the Microsoft AI stack.

You will craft visions and roadmaps, architect solutions from POV to pilot to scale, and orchestrate cross-functional teams from Avanade, Accenture, and Microsoft to win and deliver transformative outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in consulting/technology, including 5+ years leading pre-sales solutioning or architecture for cloud/AI on Microsoft.
10+ years crafting options, estimates, delivery models, governance with deal teams and pricing.
3+ years hands-on architecture/supervision with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and related services.

Responsibilities

Deal Shaping & Pre Sales Solutioning for agentic AI opportunities.
Own end-to-end pursuit leadership: discovery, value hypothesis, solution blueprint, estimation, risk posture.
Translate strategies into architectures using Microsoft Copilot stack.
Build defendable proposals and align scope, staffing, and delivery.
Executive storytelling and advisory with C-suite audiences.
Facilitate executive workshops shaping transformation agendas and governance.
Define reference architectures for agentic workflows with Azure and Fabric.
Lead POCs and accelerators; supervise Copilot Studio and Foundry efforts.
Ensure secure-by-design, identity, data governance, and lifecycle governance.
