Senior Manager, Aftermarket Collaborative Forecasting

Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Demand Planner to coordinate monthly collaborative sessions with strategic customers in the US. You will align carriers' and customers' demand projections and stocking strategies to sharpen the consensus forecast.

Using your data analysis skills in Excel and SQL, you will enhance statistical models, apply install base analytics, and partner with planning software vendors to configure demand planning tools and improve S&OP processes for aftermarket planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years forecasting SKU demand with planning tools.
• 3+ years data analysis using Excel and SQL.
• 5+ years collaborative planning experience.
• Experience with S&OE/S&OP implementations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience upgrading demand and planning apps.
• Experience in aftermarket demand planning.
• Project management skills.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with cross functional teams(internal and external)


• 3+ years of experience forecasting SKU demand with planning tool


• 3+ years of experience in strong data analysis capabilities with Microsoft Excel and database software such as SQL


• 3+ years Experience improving demand forecasting processes


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong working knowledge of S&OE and/or S&OP with implementation experience


• Experience upgrading demand and planning applications


• 5+ years of experience in collaborative planning


• Experience in aftermarket demand planning


• Project management skills
