Northrop Grumman Space Systems is looking for a savvy, strategic Senior Manager - Public Relations (M3) to lead a small team at the forefront of shaping and delivering compelling communications to support our business. You will guide capture communications for priority initiatives, directing strategy across paid, earned, shared and owned media and measuring results.

This position can be located in Baltimore, MD, McLean, VA, Huntsville, AL or Redondo Beach, CA, offering a chance to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive communications experience in complex organizations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop strategic media campaigns.
• Experience in a large, matrixed environment and with government or defense customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to drive reputation and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead capture communications on strategic priorities across space and enterprise portfolios.
• Elevate executive thought leadership on advanced technologies and missile defense.
• Mentor a team of communications professionals and advocate for resources.
• Oversee omni-channel plans and measure results to refine strategies.
• Prepare subject-matter experts for communications opportunities and align with business goals.
• Share metrics and collaborate with partners to produce collateral and media engagements.
