Edelman Financial Engines seeks an experienced Advisor Center Sr. Manager to lead a frontline team delivering personalized client experiences and demonstrating the value of EFE products, services, and reputation.

You’ll coach advisors, drive client satisfaction, and foster opportunities for growth and referrals. You’ll develop staff capabilities, motivate performance, and ensure an excellent client experience across interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or financial field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services and contact center environments.
• 3+ years in direct supervisory roles and investor advisor team leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Passion for coaching and people development to achieve KPIs.
• Deep expertise in financial planning principles, products and services with data-driven performance insights.
• Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Motivates team to reach client contact and conversion targets and meet campaign objectives.
• Coaches and motivates advisors to deliver the EFE value proposition and services; conducts coaching sessions.
• Monitors performance, uses data to improve advisor effectiveness and productivity.
• Handles client escalations and works to retain or restore relationships.
• Identifies opportunities to improve client experience, sales administration and processes.
