Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 4 years of analytics experience OR Master's degree plus 2 years of analytics experience
• Experience with SQL-based data mining and scalable ETL
• Experience using Python, Excel, and BI tools to drive insights

Responsibilities

• Develop data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area to drive business results
• Collaborate with project team to implement modeling solutions
• Evaluate new data analysis techniques to support prototype development
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on prototypes and algorithms
• Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems
• Make strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis results
• Collaborate across analytics functions to develop data analysis strategies
• Own complex projects end-to-end for a business area or prototype
• Manage risk associated with implementation
• Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects aligning with priorities
• Consult senior leadership to understand goals and develop success criteria
• Focus on items with maximum business impact
• Contribute to strategic planning with actionable recommendations
• Develop and implement prototypes and production-ready algorithms
• Manage testing and validation of solutions
• Collaborate with leadership to develop consultative solutions
• Collaborates with external partners and vendors
