Job Description

What You'll Do

Manage a team performing advanced analytics, providing insights and recommendations to solve business issues. Must have a strong technical background, experience managing teams, and proficiency in Python, SAS, and SQL. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify trends and patterns.

Ensure timely, accurate delivery of analyses and recommendations. Develop and coach team members to identify, manage, and escalate risks effectively.

How You'll Do It

• Lead a team in advanced analytics, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Provide strategic insights and translate business problems into analytical frameworks. Lead development of customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics, and machine learning solutions.
• Present findings to leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs, gather data, analyze, and deliver insights.
• Proficiency in Python, SAS, and SQL required.

Qualifications You'll Need

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or IT, or 8+ years of relevant experience with a master's or bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years modeling or related experience, including management.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

Primarily stationary work in an indoor office setting, with travel up to 25%. Must operate office equipment and communicate effectively.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Certifications like FRM, CFA, SAS, AWS, Google, or Apache.
• Additional degrees or experience in Payments Network, Data Science, or related fields.
