Amazon is seeking a Leader of Leaders to guide the Ads Data Manager function within the Measurement Infrastructure team. You will drive multiple engineering teams across geographies, own advertiser data-sharing systems, and set the long-term technology strategy to meet growing marketer needs.

Lead multiple engineering teams building the large-scale measurement infrastructure and advertiser data-sharing systems that power Amazon Ads — ingesting billions of performance signals daily to deliver the analytics and reporting advertisers rely on for both short-term and long-term marketing decisions. Your work will directly enable advanced marketers — agencies and self‑service advertisers managing large portfolios of clients, products, campaigns, and brands — to grow their business at scale on Amazon.
This role leads the Ads Data Manager function within the Measurement Infrastructure team, including multiple geographically distributed scrum teams and senior technical product and engineering ICs. You will own multiple public integration systems for advertisers to share their first‑party data, and invent new scaled mechanisms for analytics and performance reporting. You'll engage directly with external customers, agencies, and advertisers to understand their needs, partner across product and business teams to launch new measurement features, and establish the organizational vision and technology strategy to meet long‑term business goals. This is a leader‑of‑leaders role: you'll build and grow a strong team of engineering leaders, set multi‑year strategic direction, and influence organizational planning to drive Amazon Ads' measurement capabilities forward.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
