Beehive Industries is expanding its Cincinnati, OH operation and seeks a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations to lead production, post-processing, and logistics for the site. You will steward Lean/Six Sigma efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement while coordinating with engineering and supply chain.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in additive manufacturing environments, including LPBF/MBJ, and building a high-performing team across 15+ staff.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of manufacturing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with metal additive manufacturing like LPBF/MBJ is preferred.
• Strong analytics to interpret production data and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production, post-processing, and shipping at the site.
• Develop and implement end-to-end workflows from development to full-rate production.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve throughput and quality.
• Coach and develop a team of supervisors and a 15+ workforce.
