Your Impact:

As the Senior Manager, Accounts Payable & T&E at Pearce Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial accuracy, process efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across our Accounts Payable, Travel & Entertainment, and Treasury operations. You will lead a globally distributed team (U.S. and India) through our shared services model, ensuring timely and compliant financial transactions while optimizing AP-related systems and procedures. Your leadership will directly contribute to the company’s financial health, operational success, and ability to scale efficiently.

This role reports directly to the VP of Accounting and offers growth opportunities within Pearce’s expanding Finance organization. Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Accounts Payable and T&E professionals across the U.S. and India, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and process-driven culture.
• Oversee the implementation of a new accounts payable software platform within the first year, ensuring alignment with operational needs and compliance standards.
• Lead efforts to document and improve all AP, T&E, and treasury processes, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and adherence to industry regulations.
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities related to Accounts Payable, Travel & Entertainment, and Treasury, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Produce and deliver accurate, ad hoc financial reports and data analysis to support strategic decision-making at the executive level.
• Work cross-functionally with Administrative, Finance, and Corporate teams to develop streamlined financial procedures and support company-wide initiatives.
• Manage special projects and ongoing process improvement efforts, delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.
  
  

Core Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, including: Leading teams in a shared services environment, implementing new systems and improving end-to-end AP processes, and Experience in Treasury and Travel & Entertainment operations.
• Strong proficiency in accounting platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to lead remote teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
