Qualifications

• 8-10 years of accounting experience including SEC reporting and technical accounting research.
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules.
• Experience with complex technical accounting areas such as loan accounting, consolidations, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting and manage financial statement preparation.
• Guide and consult on complex accounting transactions.
• Manage lifecycle of accounting policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
