This role is ideal for an accounting professional with significant expertise in employee benefits accounting, including pension, OPEB, deferred compensation, and other post-retirement benefit programs.
You are a technically strong accounting leader who combines deep benefits accounting expertise with strong business acumen. You thrive in a complex environment, enjoy solving challenging accounting issues, and can translate technical concepts into meaningful business insights. You are equally comfortable collaborating with executive leadership, auditors, actuaries, and accounting teams while driving results and developing talent.

TECO Energy and its companies serve a role in providing critical services to our community during an emergency. Team members are required to participate in the response/recovery activities related to emergencies/disasters to maintain service to our TECO Energy customers.
