Tampa Electric Company is seeking an experienced and strategic accounting leader to join our Finance organization as aSenior Manager, Accounting. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with significant expertise in employee benefits accounting, including pension, OPEB, deferred compensation, and other post-retirement benefit programs.
As a key member of our accounting leadership team, you will provide technical accounting guidance, lead critical accounting operations, oversee financial reporting and internal controls, and serve as the organization's subject matter expert for benefit-related accounting matters. You will partner with senior leadership, actuaries, auditors, and finance professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and sound financial governance.
