Job summary

Centri is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Accounting Advisory team. This role offers leadership over engagements, guidance to team members, and a focus on delivering high-quality financial reporting and technical accounting analysis.

In this position you will mentor staff, oversee complex accounting topics, and ensure timely completion of work. The ideal candidate will have a CPA, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and 8+ years of relevant experience including public accounting exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 8+ years of accounting experience; at least 3 years in public accounting or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delegate the preparation of financial statements and technical accounting position papers to the engagement team and review memos and statements.
• Independently research and oversee team members' research on complex accounting topics and provide guidance.
• Lead multiple engagements simultaneously and coach the team during client engagements.
• Understand resource needs and engagement economics to ensure timely invoicing and maintain engagement profit margins.
