Job summary

Neos Talent is expanding its US presence and seeking a Senior Manager – Accounting Advisory in Dallas. This role leads engagements on complex accounting issues, advises CFOs and senior finance leaders on US GAAP, and supports clients through challenging accounting requirements.

The successful candidate will work with a growing advisory practice, collaborate across client teams, and help build Neos Talent's Dallas footprint in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in accounting, audit or accounting advisory.
• Background with a Big 4 firm or comparable professional services business.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and client-facing experience.
• Ideally currently working within an Accounting Advisory, FAAS, Capital Markets or similar practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements covering complex accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Advise CFOs, Controllers and senior finance stakeholders on US GAAP and technical accounting issues.
• Support clients through accounting challenges, reporting requirements and complex transactions.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality advisory work.
• Work independently within a growing, entrepreneurial advisory business.
• Contribute to the development of the firm's Dallas presence.

Neos Talent is partnering with a fast-growing, international accounting and advisory consultancy that is expanding its US presence and looking to appoint a Senior Manager – Accounting Advisory in Dallas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious accounting advisory professional who enjoys working directly with clients, tackling complex technical accounting challenges and taking ownership of engagements.

With the business investing in its US growth, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to play an important role in establishing its Dallas presence.

The Opportunity

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years' experience in accounting, audit or accounting advisory.
• Background with a Big 4 firm or comparable professional services business.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and client-facing experience.
• Ideally currently working within an Accounting Advisory, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), Capital Markets or similar practice.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable operating autonomously.
