Lead NorAm collections for litigation, high-risk, and bankruptcy accounts. Partner with Legal and Finance to maximize recoveries, reduce credit losses, resolve escalations, and oversee collection strategies and team performance.This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days in office at our Cheektowaga, NY location.About the jobStep into a leadership role where you’ll guide and develop a team managing complex accounting functions that safeguard organizational assets and drive financial accuracy. You’ll oversee key processes including financial reporting, cash collection, and billing, working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations.
