Job summary

Turing is seeking experienced Management Consultants to train AI systems that reason like top-tier strategy consultants. You will design, evaluate, and refine complex business scenarios to teach AI how to think strategically, structure recommendations, develop business cases, and communicate executive-level insights.

You will apply consulting judgment to improve AI-generated outputs rather than delivering client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of strategy/management consulting experience at Engagement Manager to Principal level.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Expert in strategy, operating-model design, and business-case structuring.
• Proven experience leading engagements, managing teams, and ensuring deliverable quality.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in the functional area.
• Review and calibrate team members' output and own day-to-day quality.
• Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.

Role Overview

We’re looking for experienced Management Consultants to help train the next generation of AI systems that can reason like top-tier strategy consultants.

In this role, you’ll leverage your consulting expertise to create, evaluate, and refine complex business scenarios that teach AI how to think through strategic problems, structure recommendations, develop business cases, and communicate executive-level insights. Rather than delivering client engagements, you’ll apply your consulting judgment to improve the quality, accuracy, and practical value of AI-generated outputs.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of strategy/management consulting experience at Engagement Manager to Principal level.
• Top-tier or boutique consulting background; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Expert in strategy, operating-model design, and business-case structuring.
• Proven experience leading engagements, managing teams, and ensuring deliverable quality.
• Strong analytical and executive-writing skills to create, review, and improve complex AI-generated solutions.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.

Offer Details

• Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
• Engagement type: Contractor
• Engagement Length: Up to 9 weeks
