Job summary

Turing is seeking experienced Management Consultants to train AI systems that reason like top-tier strategy consultants. You will design, evaluate, and refine complex business scenarios to teach AI how to think strategically, structure recommendations, develop business cases, and communicate executive-level insights.

You will apply consulting judgment to improve AI-generated outputs rather than delivering client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of strategy/management consulting experience at Engagement Manager to Principal level.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Expert in strategy, operating-model design, and business-case structuring.
• Proven experience leading engagements, managing teams, and ensuring deliverable quality.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in the functional area.
• Review and calibrate team members' output and own day-to-day quality.
• Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.
