SteelGate LLC is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to enhance user experience, streamline onboarding, and coordinate access for a mission-critical collaboration platform. The role includes evaluating workflows, developing training materials, and supporting training delivery to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has eight years of Federal program experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with UX assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Eight years of experience supporting Federal programs, mission operations, or analytical functions.
• Experience evaluating workflows and conducting UI/UX assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support user experience improvements, onboarding, training, and access coordination for a mission critical collaboration platform.
• Evaluate workflows and develop user support materials; assist with training delivery and materials.
• Support user access processes and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure secure, efficient operations.
