The Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH), Fiscal Services, is recruiting for a Senior Management Analyst (MA3) underfilling a Supervisor, Management Analyst (MA4) in Carson City. This position is responsible for auditing and processing payable and receivable accounting documents electronically, reconcile budget accounts and internal budget expense tracking system, assist with budgetary projections and provide assistance with the biennial budget building process. Participate in the performance of clerical accounting work in the maintenance of accounts and accounting records for the Division of Public and Behavioral Health, following State and agency accounting procedures in the areas of payroll, budgetary accounting, cash flow, revenues and expenditures. Incumbents review accounting system reports for accuracy and make corrections such as coding to ensure compliance with clearly established guidelines, collect data for standard recurring reports or prepare internal reports that combine historical data with Controller’s reports; and perform related duties as assigned.
Management Analysts conduct studies, research, and examination of management and administrative areas such as agency operations, forms, policies and procedures, workflow, legislative analysis, management research, and statistical and informational analysis.
Three or more years of applicable experience as described in the job duties and graduation from high school or equivalent education.

- Design and conduct analytical, investigative, informational, statistical, and research studies related to various aspects of the agency's operations.
- Make recommendations regarding the agency’s position on issues, future courses of action, and the development of new programs or services based upon study findings.
- Perform statistical and informational analysis and prepare analytical, narrative, and statistical reports.
- Function as the singular expert in their program or discipline area.
