Job summary

Alutiiq, LLC is seeking a Management Analyst, Journeyman to provide high-visibility support to the Naval Air Systems Command at Patuxent River, MD. The position requires a BS/BA (or equivalent substitutions) and at least four years of analysis experience, including two years with Navy programs. A Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; AS/AA with 4 additional years can substitute.
• At least 4 years as an analyst in PM/technical/business analysis; 2 years supporting NAVAIR
• Knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy for Navy commands
• Security clearance: Secret
• U.S. Citizen per government contract

Responsibilities

• Provide SIPR operations support, including access area management.
• Coordinate with security and leadership on information assurance requirements.
• Prepare directives, presentations, reports, and publications; draft point papers.
• Develop and track command goals, actions and issues; organize data calls.
• Support executive administration: plan SES/Flag conferences and meetings; calendar management.
• Create briefing charts and presentation materials; assist senior leadership as needed.
• Operate Microsoft Office and SharePoint-based systems day-to-day.
