Job summary

The State of Nevada is seeking a Management Analyst III for the Reno or Carson City office within the Division of Health Care Purchasing and Compliance, Office of the Medicaid Inspector General, SUR Unit. The position oversees data analytics, system testing, contract review, and policy improvements.

You will analyze claims for compliance, review contracts, prepare reports, train staff, and support hearings and on-site visits while maintaining performance standards.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of applicable experience as described in the job duties and graduation from high school or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze legislative implications.
• Review and monitor contracts.
• Make recommendations on policy and procedure improvements.
• Prepare reports and correspondence.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate the development and implementation of new or revised policies, procedures and/or work methods.
