Overview

The Senior Management Analysts provides management and administrative support across various areas to ensure operational efficiency and compliance to streamline operations, enhance resource management, and maintain compliance with Army regulations.

Responsibilities
  • · Task Management: Track internal and external tasks, coordinating meetings, and managing operations using the Army Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).
  • · Event Planning: Organize meetings, conferences, and engagements with U.S. government, industry, and international partners, including logistics and reporting.
  • · Human Resources Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, awards, and personnel actions for DASA DEC staff.
  • · Career Development: Track training, certifications, and professional development for personnel to meet requirements.
  • · Property Management: Manage government property, including issuance, tracking, and disposal of equipment.
  • · Supply Management: Maintain inventory and addressing supply shortfalls.
  • · Audit Readiness: Facilitate responses to audits and ensuring compliance with financial improvement requirements.
  • · Records Management: Ensure adherence to records management policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Required:

  • · Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years experience
  • · Experience using the Army Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2)
  • · Requires Secret clearance
