Job summary

DXC Technology in Collegeville, PA is seeking a Senior Managed Events Producer to plan, manage, and produce live events for streaming broadcasts, with a strong focus on virtual and hybrid/on-site support for internal clients and senior leadership.

You will own the full event lifecycle from planning to execution and post-event analysis, using Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and on-site hardware, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with executives and teams.
• Background in video production and AV technology.
• Experience with multiple web-conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting).
• Willingness to on-site five days a week with travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of events from planning through post-event analysis.
• Produce and direct small to large virtual and hybrid on-site meetings.
• Manage events and video conferencing projects using Agile methodology.
• Operate on-site video conferencing hardware including Cisco codecs and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Generate post-event metrics reporting and perform video edits.
