Bookmark Medical is seeking a Contract Manager to lead negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of managed care agreements for its provider network. This role handles fee-for-service and value-based arrangements and collaborates with health plan partners and internal teams.

The successful candidate will bring proven managed care contracting experience, strong knowledge of reimbursement methods, and the ability to manage multiple negotiations and operational issues in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in managed care contracting or related field.
• Experience negotiating value-based and fee-for-service arrangements with health plans.
• Strong analytical and financial skills to evaluate proposals and performance.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid agreements.
• Develop negotiation positions using reimbursement data and market information.
• Coordinate implementation of new contracts and amendments across internal teams.
• Monitor performance and resolve payer issues affecting reimbursement and operations.
• Prepare summaries of contractual provisions for stakeholders.
