Fidelity Investments is seeking an Investment Management Consultant II to serve as the product authority on managed accounts. You will focus on customer experience, retention, and sales alongside Financial Consultants to deliver comprehensive portfolio guidance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of financial relationship management experience.
Deep understanding of managed accounts and Fidelity offerings.
Strong needs-based consultative sales and client management skills.
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication abilities.
Ability to manage a book of 850 clients and ~$500MM in PAS AUM.

Responsibilities

Serve as product authority on Fidelity Managed Accounts and related processes.
Coordinate with Financial Consultants and Wealth Planners to enhance client experience and retention.
Lead Annual Strategic Reviews and advise on portfolio construction and risk mitigation.
Identify opportunities to expand sales of PAS offerings and services.
Present recommendations and support at-risk client discussions during reviews.
