Providence Facey Medical Foundation seeks a Mammographic Radiologic Technologist to perform mammographic procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist, applying ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis with independent judgment.

Requires California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification, NRT Mammography, BLS, and 2+ years in clinical settings; responsibilities span on-site, per-diem work with competitive benefits and a comprehensive salary range.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification.
• National Registered Technologist - Mammography.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 2 years' experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
• 1 year Clinical Mammography experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammographic procedures at a technical level requiring no constant supervision of technical detail.
• Perform mammography procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis.
