Job summary

Providence is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specializing in mammography to perform diagnostic imaging under the direction of a Radiologist. You will work with independence, applying radiation safely to support radiologic diagnosis while maintaining patient care standards.

The role requires California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification or equivalent licensure, plus ARRT Mammography registration and BLS within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensure in mammography as required.
• California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist - Mammography upon hire.
• Within 30 days: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 2 years' experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
• 1 year Clinical Mammography experience.

Performs mammography procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures, as required.

Required Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: California Mammographic Radiologic Technology Certification.
• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Mammography.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 2 years' experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
• 1 year Clinical Mammography experience.

Pay Range

$48.79 - $75.74 The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
