Qualifications
5 years of experience in mammography as a technologist.
Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
Registered Technologist (RT) registration issued by the ARRT.
Mammography registration issued by the ARRT.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification within 6 months.
Responsibilities
Acts as a resource to employees and students, providing training and work direction.
Assists with interviewing and selection of new employees.
Monitors and reviews performance within the department.
Facilitates clinical problem solving and collaborates across departments.
Performs mammography examinations and evaluates images.
Skills
Advanced knowledge of the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA)
Advanced knowledge of accreditation policies
Excellent communication skills
