With a salary range of $115,000 - $120,000, candidates should demonstrate a successful track record in fundraising, prioritizing a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields alongside at least 5-7 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and/or fundraising is necessary.
• Must have a successful track record of closing five-figure and six-figure gifts.
• Experience with donor management software is required.

• Manage portfolio of qualified major and planned gift donors.
• Develop philanthropic proposals in support of strategic priorities.
